As we all know that running is the most important part of our exercise and our fitness but many people face many problem while running such as heavy breathing and several breathing disorders but we can also see that many can run for more than 5 or 6 kilometer without any  problem and then we curse our self that why we can't run like them.

                                                                                                                                             
First you have to be confident that you can run for time which is set by you as target. Then the things you have to keep inside your mind are that you should never think of that how much have you run and how much distance is remaining. the second thing that had to be kept in mind is that if you will think of pain, the pain will not end instead it will grow more and more. you should always just look on the next and the upcoming step this will help you to complete a lot of distance without your notice. You should never decide it earlier that at which  point of distance, it start's paining you.

You should always prefer or try to run with any one partner of same strength like you  .it will help you a lot to cover more distance easily. By following these steps , there will be a huge improvement in your running and these steps are not told to you by any athlete or person who runs long distance.
