Being physically fit is important but being mentally fit is also very much important as a  part of life. People takes care of their physical fitness very much but they sometime just ignore their mental fitness without realizing that they are ignoring one of the most important thing of their life. attaining to mental peace is now days is also a big task but people do not want to be mentally fit because as we all know that physical fitness could be seen by everyone but no one could see one's mental fitness.


But realizing the importance of mental fitness these days is very much because we are surrounded with a large number of stress giving problem these days.The best way to attain mental peace is meditation and silence. By mental silence we could achieve the permanent peace and could handle any situation excellently and could easily manage our anger and stress. 


So, according to the millions of well known sources and books with the physical fitness our mental fitness should also be at a very high level.
