IMPORTANCE OF FITNESS


As we all know that to perform any kind of task or to take a stand anywhere we need a lot of confidence and self or inner motivation . first our soul should be aware that we can do any kind of task very well then only we can take a stand for our self. A well known source of confidence is being fit and being in shape.

It gives a sense of fell that we are also like others are capable of doing something. In our daily life we sometime fell inferior because of low confidence and due to this we often miss many good opportunities  .




A fit body gives us a sense of satisfaction and a sense of achievement. We also built up confidence to act on new ideas and opportunities that we often miss because of lack of confidence.

A fit body also leads to a better way of thinking
and positive approach towards our life.
